Software virtualization is a technology to run software applications without having to install it on the "traditional" way. The application runs in a closed system for themselves, the virtual sandbox. This technology enables the operation of multiple applications on the same system. Thus, for example, an Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 and 9 can simultaneously operate on a system. Old applications can be used on new and modern operating systems again, and a virtualized application is portable.


In order to virtualize an application, it is enough to create a snap shot of the system with the help of the Evalazer. Then the desired application will be installed and the second snap shot will be performed. The installed files and registry entries are now converted by the Evalaze engine into a virtual exe-file. Трудно сказать для чего это можно использовать , но софт позиционирует себя как СандБокс, по описанию вся прога запускается у себя в боксе, и полносью изолирует воздействие на винду, необычно как то вообщем. На сайте есть видео и скриншоты.
