I don't know how secure it is with Win32 Application but for .Net application I think they should spend more work to build a professtional packer. You use this tool to fix dump file by WinHex and the assembly can run and be viewed with Reflector. This tool is now on test version. It can restore the IL Code and the restored assembly runs. Ju hu.
