Activation request on installation is eliminated with your packed EXE - one step into the right direction, however there is a second silent check and print-to-file still does not work - that screen does not have any text warnings...
Try this;
startup Metaprint
add 1 PDF file into the blank default job
click print icon on top right corner
select send to file tab
output to file option is GRAYED OUT and unselectable, cannot print - security is still active

I will test on another computer today at work - and confirm, my PC at home may have been blacklisted somehow when I was trying to crack it myself (I only managed to get past the first installation activation screen...could not figure out the rest)
I noticed you packed the new exe with a runtime packer, Can you please keep the opcode/mnemonic or hex changes and offsets you did stored somewhere...The Metaprint Team will release Version 2.4.1.0 in a few weeks and they do not change any activation logic, but they will add important functionality - so whatever you have managed to do will work on the new exe as well...or If you are willing to share feel free to post a TXT/JPG file with changes I can apply them with OllyDbg if its not too complicated.

I have tested your EXE on a clean machine, the program goes directly into the main working screen (thats good), but print to file is disabled and grayed out...something is still active in the protection.... I saw your video, whatever you have managed must be something specific to your machine/files/registry... on a clean install your Metaprint exe does not print to file
