Here is the crack that I made but it is incomplete
I manage to crack the time trial and the computers limit but
there is still a limitation on the reporting wizzard...I can't crack the nag of reporting
and there are still limitations on the length of the captured texts in reports( all keystrokes will not be show)

if you can unlock it, it would be great if you post the solution, if you are able to unlock it but not able to test it because missing hardware send me a message or post a message so i maybe can test your solution and tell you if it works or tell you if it is not working
there exists also a PalmOS emulator and simulator but the file is not loading in it

if people can break hardware doungles its hard to believe that this software is the only unlockable software at the side of all unlocked adobe, steinberg and what ever products

NOTE:

There is a widespread crack for this release, coming from SHOCK (see attachment).
It's the same license file that may be successfully applied to v7.0, v7.1, v7.2 (current version).

However, the SHOCK license has a major flaw. After applying the license file, while the other functions are ok, the "helpdesk" module is disabled, thus rendering the product pretty much useless.

Apparently no other group thought about releasing a crack for this product.

Can someone provide a functional crack for this or even to give me a hint?
A keygen (to specify the user name, duration and license) would be perfect, but a simple crack or at least a fix for the SHOCK release would do.


Or maybe a SHOCK contact, to let them know that their release is not working ?
I was familiar with assembly about 12 years ago, but since then I was focusing on other areas.
