First off I want to say this looks like a great forum with lots of usefull information.
I have read almost everything and tried everything I could find to get this exe unpacked.
I am trying to find out the algorithm to the hardware id.
I purchased this program for 6999 euros and when my computer crashed and my hardware id changed, the people told me to buy it again. To be honest, I cannot afford to buy it again so I am just trying to crack it.
I have always had a pleasure in reading about cracking but this is my first attempt.

When I run PEiD v0.94 it tells me the packer is: ASProtect 2.1x SKE -> Alexey Solodovnikov.
When I run the Vera v0.14 plugin for PEiD it tells me its: Version: ASProtect 2.xx (may be 2.11) Registered [1]

I have tried everything I could find on this forum and google and nothing will unpack it.

My ultimate goal is to find the algorithm for the hardware id and make the necessary registry changes to get it to work.

When you buy the software they will ask you for the hardware id and provide you with a .reg file.

So if anyone can tell me the correct method to unpack this file or point me in the right direction, I dont mind reading and learning.

Also, I did run stripper v2.13 beta 9 and the output still looks packed and of course will not run, but PEiD says its not packed. I am a little confused. Again, any advice is really appreciated. Thanks again.

I dont understand. The only information I find on google about dnq.dll is that its a trojan.
