i'm sorry for my english, because i speak french... I have a software "VAG-ETKA" but when i try to install it he say that we must have 1280x1024 screen... but i can only do 1024x768 in my computer ... I have try to patch it but im am an beginner in this job

can you help me please ? i want that setup accept all screen...

Message "ETKA needs at least a 1280x1024 screen" means that patch you require is impossible. Bye new video card or monitor.

Before look the settings of Your monitor and video card (supported video modes).

Information from Internet:
ETKA requires 1024x768 (as minimum), really works at 1280x1024. If You have Desktop management in Windows Setup, the program will work at any screen resolution using virtual desktop.
Presence of virtual desktop depends only on videocard drivers.
To switch on virtual desktop:
1. Go to My Computer -> Control Panel -> Display -> Settings ->
2. Choose Proportional Virtual Desktop, You will see two gadgets: Desktop area and Display Area. Set Desktop at 1280x1024 and set Display at 1024x768.
3. Press Apply button

Why download? This feature is internal (Properties of Screen).
May be Your hardware don't support Proportional Virtual Desktop?

Hmm, IMHO if we skip this check we can obtain some problems. One problem is that You will look only part of program screen. Another problem is that program will work unpredictably.
